Amber is exposed

Amber gets into big trouble while appearing as a contestant on the show Catwalk. Lily thinks Amber sent a nude photo of herself to Daniel.She has a heated argument with Amber outside the Catwalk tent. Unbeknownst to her, the altercation is caught on video. Partway through the filming the host exposes that Amber is Jill's daughter-in-law and shows the video casting doubts on Amber's morality. Katherine Chancellor calls Michael to do damage control.

Phyllis answers the door to see Nicholas standing there. Unfortunately it's just a nightmare.

Brad tells Vicki he's ready for a divorce if necesssary. Vicki sleeps with JT again and then tells Brad she wants to proceed with a divorce because she can't trust him. This is kind of ironic considering she has had sex with JT several times while Brad slept with Sharon only once.

Gloria tries to beat DNA test

Nikki is extremely annoyed to learn that Katherine has bought Jabot from Jack, thereby removing Victor's major leverage on Jack. She tells Kay she is going to use Jack's involvement with Jabot to destroy him.

Brad and Sharon agonize over their testimony to the Grand Jury investigating the blackmail allegations against Phyllis. Phyllis meanwhile is helping Jack with his campaign.

Gloria tries to figure out a way to beat the DNA test. Evan teaches her a sleight of hand magic trick which she intends to use to substitute one test tube for another. Meanwhile Jill figures out that Gloria had dosed her and Ji Min with libido enhancement drugs. She decides to get her revenge and wreck Gloria's marriage plans by slipping her and Evan some of the same libido enhancers. Glori's marriage are under threat in two ways. stay tuned.

The DA proposes to Gloria

Jill and Katherine tussle over Ji Min's future. Michael advioses Kay that she doesn't want Ji Min to expose that she knew Jack owned Jabot. She reconsiders and offers Jill a choice: Ji Min in charge with Jill reporting to him, or Jill in charge with no Ji Min.

Evan makes sham proposal to Gloria. Gloria tries to figure out to beat the DNA test. Will makes surprise visit to Michael's apartment and asks Gloria to marry him.

Jack loses Jabot

Despite Michael's foot-dragging and attempt to persuade Katherine to delay purchase of Jabot, Katherine proceeds as Jack begs for more money. Contrary to earlier impressions she is paying Jack far less than what Jabot is worth. Meanwhile Jill is furious that she has been kept out of the picture. She demands that Katherine keep Ji Min on but Katherine doesn't trust him.

Neil flexes his muscles as Acting Head of Newman by appointing Devon to act as liaison with big Ad company. Brad is furious and tries to undercut him but he gets no support from Vicki.

Kevin digs up an email in which JT informed Vicki that Brad had slept with Sharon. Colleen is furious and confronts her father about his double standards.

Phyllis left dangling

Victor gives NVP to Nikki as a gift and puts her in control. Nikki decides to proceed with a scaled-down Clear Springs project along lines suggested by Vicki. She tells Phyllis she is on indefinite leave. Then Nikki's advisors persuade her that she should let Victor run the company to provide cover for her campaign. Victor agrees.

Will Bartwell gets the goods on Evan and warns Gloria he's a fraud.

Jill and Ji Min tussle over whether she can accompany him to Asia. After a roll in the hay, he comes clean about Jack owning Jabot and his orders from Katherine Chancellor.

Kevin is snooping on JT's laptop having gained access by pilfering and uploading his PDA. He comes across an email in which JT ackowledges being hired by Vicki to investigate Brad.

Meanwhile Victor tells Nikki he is leaving for Sri Lanki to look for Victor Jr. ( In reality he took 6 weeks off to film a movie.)

Just friends

Brad and Vicki have a confrontation over their relationships with Sharon and JT respectively. Brad tells JT to stay away from his wife. Vicki and JT ignore him. At end of show Vicki and Brad appear to bury the hatchet as Vicki gushes that she now understands that Sharon is just Brad's friend. Something fishy here.

Adrian informs Colleen that he has resigned his post and has a contract to write a book so they are now free to flash their relationship.

Michael dances on head of a pin re sale of Jabot by Jack to Kay. Victor is adamant that Jack not re-acquire Jabot.Kay tells She Min to take a hike. Meanwhile NVP sale to Victor proceeds even though Jack has second thoughts. Victor stomps them down.

Newman Women Ignore Phyllis

Much of today's show focused on Phyllis' grief and her rebuff by Nicki and Vicki as they prepared for Nick's Memorial service. Nicki is behaving positively more contemptuous day by day. Not very likeable, our Empress Nicki.

Kay wants Michael to draft contract of purchase for Jabot. Michael pretends he did not know that Jack owns Jabot but tries to discourage Kay from proceeding with purchase. Caught in conflicting loyalities to two clients, the Chancellor and Newman titans, Michael is in a tight corner. How will he wiggle out?
